Key responsibilities
Manage CM-at-Risk projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, constructability reviews, and GMP development
Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout strategy
Coordinate with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
Manage project schedules, change management, and risk mitigation
Serve as the primary point of contact with Owners, Designers, and Consultants
Administer contracts, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change orders
Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and Noble CM Group procedures
Lead project closeout, including documentation, warranties, and owner turnover
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial construction experience
3+ years in a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role
Experience delivering projects using CM-at-Risk or negotiated delivery models
Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project teams
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, estimating, and scheduling software
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Public-sector or institutional CMAR experience
Background in education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial construction
Experience with GMP development and value engineering
LEAN construction experience

Coordinate trade partners, inspectors, consultants, and AHJs
Enforce jobsite safety programs and lead proactive safety planning
Partner with Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and execution
Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, and commissioning readiness
Manage punchlists, closeout documentation, and project turnover
Serve as primary on-site representative with Owners and Design Teams
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial construction experience
2+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role
Experience with CM-at-Risk or negotiated delivery projects
Strong understanding of full project lifecycle execution
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software

OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain

This hybrid role provides exposure to both field operations and project management while working directly alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. The Project Engineer plays a key role in project coordination, documentation, communication, and execution while gaining experience across the full construction lifecycle.

Qualifications
1–3 years of commercial construction experience or related internship experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn both field operations and project management responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and willingness to learn from senior leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment and solve problems proactively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
