Assistant Superintendent

Noble CM Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support the successful execution of construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is ideal for an emerging construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a collaborative, safety-focused team. The Assistant Superintendent helps coordinate daily operations, drives job site organization, and supports our commitment to quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.


Key responsibilities

  • Assist with daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through final completion

  • Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and trade partner activities

  • Monitor progress and communicate updates to the Project Superintendent

  • Assist with scheduling and short-term look-ahead planning

  • Help lead weekly trade partner meetings by preparing and updating agendas and constraint logs

  • Support enforcement of jobsite safety standards and documentation

  • Participate in quality control inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions

  • Maintain project records, daily reports, and field documentation

  • Coordinate inspections, consultants, and subcontractors

  • Represent Noble CM Group professionally on-site with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial construction field experience preferred

  • Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or related field role preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

  • Basic understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and willingness to learn from senior leadership

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment and solve problems proactively

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred

  • Exposure to CM-at-Risk, negotiated, or design-build delivery methods

  • Experience on education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial projects
