Assistant Superintendent
Noble CM Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support the successful execution of construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is ideal for an emerging construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a collaborative, safety-focused team. The Assistant Superintendent helps coordinate daily operations, drives job site organization, and supports our commitment to quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Assist with daily on-site construction operations from mobilization through final completion
Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and trade partner activities
Monitor progress and communicate updates to the Project Superintendent
Assist with scheduling and short-term look-ahead planning
Help lead weekly trade partner meetings by preparing and updating agendas and constraint logs
Support enforcement of jobsite safety standards and documentation
Participate in quality control inspections, punch lists, and corrective actions
Maintain project records, daily reports, and field documentation
Coordinate inspections, consultants, and subcontractors
Represent Noble CM Group professionally on-site with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial construction field experience preferred
Experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or related field role preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Basic understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and willingness to learn from senior leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced jobsite environment and solve problems proactively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Exposure to CM-at-Risk, negotiated, or design-build delivery methods
Experience on education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial projects
